I was pleased to find I could take a picture of this little Flea Hopper at all. They range in size from 1.5 mm to 3 mm. I can't tell from the photo whether it is Halticus bractatus, the Garden Flea Hopper, or Halticus intermedius, a species associated with Clematis. (The dandelion I found it on was right next to my Clematis vine.) Odds are, it's bractatus.
