Burdock is a powerful plant. It will grow where it wants, and you'll be hard-pressed to root it out. It will send out its stickery seed heads on any passing pedestrian, especially on wooly sheep. And if there is nothing else for it to grab, it will stick to itself and tumble through the woods!

What does it look like when its blooming?

It looks just like it "should" - it takes hulkin' plant to bring up a good sweat while cleaning up blood.

I forgot about burdock's medicinal and culinary uses! I think the root people boil and eat is a horticultural variety, but it's the wild, bitter root that cleanses the blood. Thanks, Reya!
