
Here's a little more of that troublesome local fleece, dyed, carded, spun, and re-washed. It's interesting how much color difference there is between the carded bats and the spun wool. While I'm not using up my fiber resources, I am making them much more compact!

You and Not Plain Jane are spinning this weekend. Is it a seasonal occupation?
There's some basic urge happening for me--I made a detailed, well-thought-out list of fiber projects I would work on this month. This is what my hands decided they were going to do, regardless of what my brain thought was next on the list. My hands know a lot, and I've learned to let them take over when they want to.
