It looks lovely.. but i were building my dream house, it would be 90% windows.. and 10% wall.. (i would want to pretend i lived out in the outdoors... I am not a good country person.. i hate flies, and bugs, and vermin (and all sorts of creepy crawlies.. but I would love to live in (or pretend to live out doors.. (if i was safe indoors from nature!)
It is getting there--suddenly, it looks like a house, and suddenly, I'm remembering all the different interior finishing projects I'm supposed to do. Yikes! But it'll be exiting, too.
It's strange--the new siding makes the windows look smaller. I also love windows, and I spent a long time window-shopping, and finally bought rather large ones. I don't think they've really shrunk, but it seems like the house has stretched.
