White Pine Subfloor
The subfloor is white pine. Such pretty white wood--it seems a shame to cover it up. Fortunately, I'll be able to go down to the cellar and look up at a section of it.
I keep finding more of these ambush bugs--they've become my new best friend. And, naturally I remember you. Thank you for all your guidance over the last year.
The house is looking great.
ReplyDeleteYou must be thrilled!

I love the ambush bugs too! For some reason, we don't have many (or any?) here on our ridge.
ReplyDeletewhite pine is pretty, but its so soft, it get dinged up pretty easy..
ReplyDeleteI had pumpkin pine floors (upstairs in the bedroom where there was less traffic.. and it was pretty too)
(now i live in a hi-rise building with concrete floors (fire proof) covered up by fake wood flooring.)
Nice to see the progress!
